Someone who is flexible, creative and happy to work unsupervised and often alone. This will be a ‘work from home’ role although the applicant will need to be London based and able to meet at short notice in Central London or at Levison's residence. The person will be a graduate with experience working in media, publishing and project or event management. At least three years experience preferred. The role will be varied and ‘mission command’ based. That is to say, you will be set tasks and allowed to undertake them in your own way as long as the job gets done. There may be opportunities for UK and international travel. Applicants should come with an open mind and an enthusiastic desire to give input, be confident in their own opinions and ideas and not be afraid of dealing with people across a multitude of industries.
Creating pitch documents
Research into expeditions
Public speaking event management
Liaison with agents
Administration including but not limited to: arranging travel, account filing, computer database, photographic image backup, managing diary and co-ordinating meetings.
This is a rolling contract, starting with a three month probationary period beginning immediately (16th January or before) with a view to become a full time position.
There may be scope for a part time position for the right applicant.
Remuneration will be negotiated at interview and will depend on level of experience.
Interviews will be conducted initially by phone on receipt of CV and an email stating reasons for application and employment circumstances.
Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed next week and must be available to travel to Hampton Court.
